Reports regarding various statistics concerning membership, rewards and analytics of your loyalty program are generated under the 'Reports' Tab. All generated reports will open in a new browser page.

Membership#

The several different types of membership reports are available in the 'Membership' drop down in the left Menu. The different Membership Reports that can be generated are: Monthly Registration, Monthly Registration - Bar Chart, Membership by Country, Membership by Country - PDF Format, Membership by Country - Pie, Membership by Country - CSV, Membership by Country - Excel. Membership by Country - XML, Membership by North American Postal Code, and Membership by North American City.

Select the type of Membership Report to generate from the left drop down menu. The selected report will be opened in a new page

Rewards#

The type of Rewards reports offered by the program are: Most Viewed Rewards, Most Viewed Rewards by Category, Searches by Category, and Number of Searches by Gender. These reports are found under the 'Rewards' drop down list in the left menu.

Select the type of Rewards report to generate from the left drop down menu. Reports will be opened in a new page.
